very itchy . 4 hours after last post .
plastic hands . manageable though .
bit blotchy but no were near as bad as before
18 hours into facial flare very itchy and i think its spread into my nostrils .
will post more pics from today later . it has calmed down considerably today . its not nice flaring but i always seem to progress after every one i have .

ReplyDeleteyou look great! Can you put a bit more detail on your profile? How long did you use and what potency etc? Did you do any courses of oral steroids? Hope the progress continues.

Hi Elaine..quick history is that ive used potent steroids for about 20 years . Started with normnal hydrocortisone creams then progressed onto fucibet/diprosone /eumovate ect ect . far too many to remember off hand . I used Betnovate on my face for the last year or so untill last october when i decided to quit the roids . I havent used any oral steroids , only the cremes . It was very hard in the first 4 months but i am realy pleased with my skins recovery so far . still flaring on my face neck and hands but i think the rest of my body is so close to healing . i have normal skin on my back and stomach . my arms are still a bit dry as are my legs but i dont even need to moisturise them parts now . i only use vaseline on my head neck and hands . this week i am going to see if i can not use vaseline on my face . ..thanks for the comments .
