day 192

woke  up  with  a  very  irritated  neck this  morning  . felt  hard  to  move  because  it  felt  dry  . applied  some  vaseline  and it  made  the  skin  more  plyable   but  it  still  itches  like  mad  . . im  putting  this  down  to  sun  exposure . i  was  out  in  the  sun  for  8  hours  yesterday  and  exposed  my  neck  arms  and  face  to  direct  sunlight . the  uv  levels  are  beggining  to  climb so  i  maybe  caught  it  a  little  too  much . maybe  my  skin  is  still  too  delicate  for  too  long  a  period  in  direct  sun .

im  still  trying  to  stay  off  the  antihystamines  because  frankly , im  sick  of  taking  them  . it  seems  like  ive  been  on  them  for  so  long  and   i  think  its  time  to  let  my  body  start  doing  what  it  wants  to  do  instead  of  blocking  all  natural  responses  . im  not  stupid  enough  to  not  take  them  if  in  an  emergency  but  im  just  beggining  to  think  that  maybe  my  body   needs  to  get  into  the  habbit  of  responding  naturally  to  problems  such  as  itching  and  swelling  . its  like  the  vaseline  . i  had  a  day  yesterday  when  i  felt  like  i  didnt  need  any  on  my  face so  i  wiped  it  off and  just  left  it  on  my  neck  and  hands  . that  lasted  for  about  3  hours  . i  had  to  reaply vaseline  on  my  face  then  wipe  off  again  .  i  was  going  to  give  it  another  go  this  morning  but  because  of  my  neck ive  decided  to  wait  untill  the itching  and  redness  has  gone  . maybe  next  week  . untill  then  its  back  to  apply - leaving  for  10 mins  - wiping  off  . that  seems  to  be  ok   for  now  so  im  not  pushing  it  .

my  wife  is  going  to  take  some  pics  of  my  back  ,stomach legs  and  arms  later  and  i  hope  to  post  them.  im  so  pleased  with the  healing  on   these  parts  of  my  body . i  dont  need  moisturiser  at  all  on  these  parts  . just  wish  my  neck  and  head  would  beggin  to  feel  the  same  .

laters  .
