Feeling much better again today . The flares seem to be getting shorter and less intense . My skin today feels and looks realy good . daare i say , the best it has been since all my problems started . I seem to be getting less red after every flare . When im flaring it seems like its not covering my whole body , only parts . After each flare i can see different ares of skin that seem to be healed more . A good example is my eyes . They caused me big problems . They would swell and itch and the skin around my eye would be red and sore and dry . Now , they just look normal .
Body wise , i cant complain . Still a bit itchy but nothing i cant handle .
Sumerising i would say that today is the end of another flare . Head , face and neck are clear . Ankles are healing nicely .Still no cracks on my heals . Shins and calfs are still a bit rashy but not bad . Arms are ok but still dry . HANDS look a lot better and feel more flexible . Torso is brill . perfect skin .
Onward and upward .
