Hi again .
Had a full nights sleep last night ,which only happens now and again and prety rarely . Ihad a good day yesterday and i think that i'm flare free this week . So different to last week when i was flaring quite badly on my face and upper body . Still a bit red on my stomach . Back is clear , arms are bit red but not itchy .My neck is a bit red and itchy but its a clamer itch than previous post flair days . my legs have got a bit worse than previously ,mainly round the ankles .
my face is quite good again today , i dont know if it feels good because its been so bad or if it just feels good ?....i'd go as far to say that it feels better this week than it has done for a year or so . proof that the steroids were making the whole condition worse . I'm hoping this trend carries on . Over the 4 month mark so heres to getting to month 5 .

Looks like the improvements are starting to come for you, I can imagine that inside of the next 12 months we'll be having a beer together talking about the time we beat cortisone. That will be a day!
