Doing realy good at the moment . Had a bad flare for a week that started on day 200 or there abouts but now my skin is clear apart from a few spots here and there . T he sun is doing amazing things . Skin colour is as normal as its ever been . Im enjoying life again . hope you are all doing well .

ReplyDeleteHi there . Thanks for your comments . Its been amazing how my skin has got better in the last few weeks . Its the beggining of summer here and the sun is doing its work . The skin on my neck is the best its been in about 5 years . i still get blisters that appear from nowere and it still feels dry at times but other than that it is all good for now .If when i started this journey , someone told me that this would be the end result ,then i think i would have been well pleased . The pain and soreness and flareing has all been worth it .Any more progress now will be an extra to what i expected . hope your own journey is showing benefits for you . keep going . thanks .
