Hi all .
just a quick update for now as i will be posting a bigger update in a day or so . 9 months down the line and all is going amazingly well . my skin is getting better by the day . havent flared in weeks and i am now down to only putting vaseline on my neck and hands . my face looks completely healed as does my torsoe . arms are still a bit dry as are my hands but nowere near as bad as ever before . my neck has improved imensely . i feel like i am so close to being healed but i am still weary of a setback . but i wnt to stay possative as that is how i feel . i will be posting some picture in the next day or so .

ReplyDeletethings have certainly speeded up since month 6 . this could be just a gap in the process i know but things have definately got a whole lot better . i know from others that there could still be flares ahead but for now i feel that i am nearly there .
my skin hasnt been this good for about 20 years . i have gone from using two 500g tubs of moisturiser and tubes of betnovate a week to using only a small thin amount of vaseline on my neck and hands a week . all this in 8 months .
the beggining of full ceasation was so so bad but now i am reaping the benifits . when i started i had a year of healing in my mind . this still seems to be my benchmark for being healed . i feel so close .
i also feel lucky as hell to be were i am today . so many others have been through much worse than me and i hope to god that they all heal as quick as possible .
